Specialist Valve Services Ltd is committed to ensuring that the products and services which it provides, fully meet the requirements of its customers at all times. To achieve this objective the company has rigorous Quality Assurance / Quality Control systems that are designed to ensure
that our very high standards are consistently applied by all staff to all activities performed by
the company.

Our quality procedures are in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and the latest industry standards and specifications. These standards are executed across the whole organisation ensuring that we fully identify and meet the needs of our customers.

We achieve our quality requirements, in part, by selecting sub-suppliers that meet Specialist Valves high level qualification criteria and that can execute its activities in accordance with our Quality Assurance System.

In every area of our business we have a clear focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction at all times and to continually strive for improvements in service quality. We review this policy annually to ensure its continued effectiveness and have to ensure that all staff understand and fully implement our Company's policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme.
