SVS is seeking a ERP Deployment Coordinator Systems Administrator to support the rollout of a new company-wide Cloud ERP system. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment sales and maintenance workflows, as well as experience in engineering project management and systems implementation.

Technology-driven candidates with a background in service, production, or warehousing systems will be well-suited to the position. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments is also highly desirable.

ERP Deployment Coordinator

Position: Full-Time, Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and rollout of a new ERP system across departments·
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and sales teams to align workflows
  • Maintain and enhance ERP and Microsoft 365 systems post-deployment
  • Develop and manage document storage and collaboration tools using SharePoint
  • Build and automate off ERP processes using Power Platform tools
Desirable Requirements
  • Industry experience within a service or production environment (valve service experience is a plus)
  • Technology-driven mindset with a focus on innovation
  • Experience deploying or developing ERP systems with a company-wide focus
  • Experience in digitisation and technology integration projects
  • Strong computing and system integration skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams toward unified ERP solutions
  • Knowledge of SharePoint deployment and management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proactive in maintaining and improving ERP systems in a structured manner
Beneficial Requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into digital workflows and system configurations.
  • Support business process re-engineering efforts, translating operational needs into digital workflows and system configurations for our selected ERP.
  • Coordinate cross-platform data architecture, ensuring consistency and compatibility between ERP, document management, and workflow automation systems.
  • Support structured change management processes, including version control, rollback planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in the creation of structured data models, including lookup tables, calculated fields, and reference data for ERP and related systems.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring system capabilities align with operational goals.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems, including ERP, document management, and reporting platforms.
  • Support Configuration and maintenance of data connections and integrations between ERP systems and external platforms using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues, coordinating with vendors or internal IT as needed.
  • Support the development of competency and training systems, potentially leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and or low-code platforms to track and manage employee development.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and integration points to support long-term maintainability and scalability.
  • Support Internal IT teams in ensuring base IT architecture is optimised, including best use of internal resources such as SharePoint, One Drive, Teams as well as optimal general MS365 environment set-up for access, security and optimised user experience.
  • Design and implement low-code solutions to support business processes on ERP but also potentially using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Lists, and other integrated tools.
  • Help Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational visibility.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and user training, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization or automation.
Additional Considerations
  • Facilitate user onboarding and training, including the creation of guides and support materials for new digital tools and processes.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls across integrated systems to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on system adoption and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement or additional training.
  • Contribute to the development of digital governance frameworks, including naming conventions, metadata standards, and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements, based on evolving business needs and technology trends.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, particularly around data traceability and system controls.
  • Participate in vendor management activities, including reviewing service levels, coordinating updates, and escalating issues.
