ENGINEERED FACILITIES FOR ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS
Ensuring Quality, Safety, and Sustainability in Every Valve We Supply and Service
Sustainability and QHSE in valve management are at the core of every service we deliver, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental care. At SVS, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality in every product and service we provide, supported by our Bureau Veritas certifications to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015.
We maintain strict quality management processes to ensure that each valve, actuator, and associated component meets or exceeds industry specifications. Moreover, we apply sustainable practices throughout our operations to reduce environmental impact while maintaining exceptional service.
From responsible material sourcing to streamlined supply chains, SVS prioritises sustainability at every step. As a result, we help our clients meet their performance goals without compromising on environmental responsibility.
From sourcing materials to optimising supply chains, SVS strives to reduce environmental impact while maintaining exceptional service and performance for our clients.
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment
Our robust QHSE approach guarantees reliable and compliant valve solutions. SVS operates under a fully audited Quality Management System (QMS) that meets or exceeds industry benchmarks. Therefore, our clients can trust that every product and service aligns with their technical and operational requirements.
We implement frequent risk assessments and safety training to protect our workforce and clients. Additionally, we focus on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and cutting our carbon footprint through responsible practices.
Thanks to regular audits and continuous improvement efforts, we maintain a safe and sustainable working environment. This ensures we meet our obligations to clients, employees, and the environment alike.
Sustainability and QHSE in valve management
Sustainability is embedded in the design and operation of our SVS Service Centre. The facility includes energy-efficient systems, photovoltaic (solar) panels, and electric vehicle charging points for staff and public use.
We use a circular approach to valve management by refurbishing and reconditioning where possible. This extends product lifecycles, reduces waste, and limits the need for new manufacturing. As a result, our services are both efficient and environmentally conscious.
We also follow strict waste disposal procedures. Scrap materials, oils, and other waste products are handled properly, with as much material recycled as possible to avoid landfill.
Our waste management protocols guarantee that scrap materials, oils, and other waste products are disposed of properly, recycling as much as possible to minimise landfill contributions.
Net Zero Targets
At SVS, we continually work to reduce our environmental footprint. Our long-term strategy aims to cut carbon emissions per turnover each year. This includes addressing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions through better monitoring, smarter logistics, and collaboration with clients and suppliers.
We consolidate deliveries and minimise travel by using in-country expeditors and inspectors. Furthermore, we require our supply partners to follow their own measurable Net Zero strategies.
In doing so, we support our clients’ sustainability goals while advancing sustainability and QHSE in valve management across our operations.
